A single open map, not separate levels
The official game description promises "a spacious map with many buildings and roads to explore," and doesn't describe the game as split into separate levels or servers by area — it reads as one continuous open world.
Confirmed areas, from official screenshots and cross-checked in gameplay
- Downtown / "New City" — an official promotional screenshot labeled "New City" shows a downtown district with high-rise buildings and multi-lane roads. Verified in gameplay: a signaled downtown-style intersection with working traffic lights appears in a creator video, matching the official screenshot rather than contradicting it.
- Suburban neighborhoods — official screenshots show residential streets with houses, driveways and garages, plus at least one furnished house interior. Verified in gameplay: a creator video shows a vehicle spawning on a residential street lined with individual houses and street lights, matching this description.
- Highway tunnels — official screenshots show multi-lane tunnel sections with dense traffic.
- A dedicated vehicle dealership / trading area — not previously listed here. A creator video shows a distinct nighttime lot with a "CARS" purchase menu, parked inventory vehicles, and signage — this looks like a specific named location, but no on-screen text confirmed its actual name, so it's listed here as a confirmed area type without a confirmed name.
We specifically went looking for more (map overview footage, area names, how the map connects) and didn't find any single video dedicated to a map tour — what's above is what happened to appear as backdrops in videos made for other purposes, not a systematic survey of the map.
The Mars easter egg
An official in-game badge named "Welcome to Mars" exists (awarded 410+ times as of this
writing), confirming a Mars-themed area or event is reachable somewhere on or off the main map. The
exact way to trigger it isn't documented anywhere official, so how to reach it is marked
Unconfirmed.
Traffic lights
The developer's own update history (in the official group description) lists "Traffic lights added" as a real update, meaning intersections on the map are governed by traffic signals that the Autopilot/FSD system can detect — see FSD & Autopilot.
Unconfirmed for now
A full named list of map districts, a map overview image, and the exact trigger for the Mars area aren't published anywhere official. This page will be updated once a verifiable source is found.
