No official keybind list exists
Autopilot Simulator doesn't publish a control-scheme page, and the game's third-party wiki
(previously on Fandom) no longer exists ("this wiki does not exist"). What's below is drawn from
the game's own official promotional screenshots plus two creator videos we watched and verified
frame-by-frame — not just their titles. General movement (driving with WASD/arrow keys, the Roblox
default for vehicle games) is still Unconfirmed for this specific title and not asserted here.
Engaging Autopilot: it's a paid game pass
The creator video "The Full Self Driving in Roblox Autopilot Simulator is actually pretty good" states directly in its description: "I'll be testing one part of a game pass in the game, Autopilot Simulator." Autopilot/FSD is gated behind a purchasable game pass, not a default free feature — this wasn't clear from the official screenshots alone. The on-screen prompt for the toggle itself reads "Autopilot / Tap To Start" when off and "Tap To Stop" once engaged — not the generic "Enable/Disable Self-Driving" label we'd assumed before actually watching gameplay.
The dashboard touchscreen
The car's dashboard has a center touchscreen styled after a real Tesla display, showing:
- Current speed and the posted speed limit ("Max")
- Battery percentage, a clock, and outdoor temperature (shown in °F)
- The player's display name
- A live map with a "Navigate" search box; in the video, the destination list showed a mix of generic stop types (Gas Station, Service Center, Camp) and named points of interest, plus a "Save Home" option and a "Trip Cancel" button once a route is active
- Once Autopilot is engaged, the screen overlays a blue path visualization ahead of the car
What the creator's real-world test actually showed: while Autopilot was engaged and navigating, the video's own on-screen caption states "So it seems like Autopilot has almost ran into an object" — a genuine near-miss during testing, not a polished demo. Separately, an "Detect Intersection — AutoTurn Available" prompt appeared as the car approached a traffic light intersection, confirming the intersection auto-turn feature actually triggers in play (see FSD & Autopilot).
The Autopilot settings menu
A Shorts video titled "Testing the new AEB V3 in Roblox autopilot simulator" shows a dedicated Autopilot settings screen with individually labeled toggles — this is a more complete and more verifiable list than the one-line feature summary in the developer's group description:
- Sentry Mode
- Regenerative Brake
- Auto Speed Limit
- Parking Sensor
- Auto Light
- Fold Mirrors
- Camera - Auto
- AEB — the video's title itself confirms this feature has gone through at least one numbered revision ("AEB V3"), meaning it's actively maintained, not a one-off addition
- FSD Visualization — the blue path overlay described above
- Drive Speed and Display Size — settings-type toggles, exact effect
Unconfirmed - Key — labeled but its function wasn't shown on screen in this clip,
Unconfirmed
Sentry Mode and Regenerative Brake in particular are real Tesla features neither the official Roblox listing nor the developer's own group description mentions — they only surfaced by actually watching this settings menu on screen.
The phone app
A separate in-game phone UI (also modeled on Tesla's real companion app) is where most car features live, based on official screenshots:
- Control — vehicle-specific controls menu (shown for a Cybertruck-styled vehicle in official media)
- Alarm
- Flash
- Light Show — see FSD & Autopilot for what triggers it
- Summon — opens a screen with press-and-hold directional buttons to move the vehicle remotely,
plus a "Smart Summon (Beta)" mode; the map preview in this menu is labeled "currently
unavailable" in the official screenshot, so its exact behavior is
Unconfirmed - Settings — toggles for Dark Mode, Real Time Clock, Disable Lock Screen, Notifications and Wallpaper
Unconfirmed for now
The exact keyboard/controller bindings for manual driving, camera controls, and any mobile-specific touch controls aren't published anywhere official. If you find a verified source (official Roblox Discord post, in-game tutorial text, etc.), this page should be updated to cite it directly rather than guessed.
